Questionnaire Form
Every potential owner must fill out a questionnaire form. Once again this is not so I can be nosey or rude, but to ensure my puppies go to appropriate homes. The answers are only seen by me, the breeder, and the information helps me determine which puppy would be best for your lifestyles. Once again you must fill this out before sending in a deposit, if you send a deposit and I do not have a questionnaire form filled out by you I will not accept your deposit on a puppy.

Contracts
There are two types of contracts one for BREEDING Bull terriers and one for NON-BREEDING Bull Terriers from my litters. Contracts are taken very seriously so if you don't agree with all the terms there will not be a puppy sold. The Contract is not so I can be impolite, it's for the protection and well-being of my puppies. I want to ensure they are in appropriate homes with responsible owners. The separation between breeding and non-breeding is important to make certain the high standard of the Bull Terrier breed is kept intact, if your puppy is not top quality according to the AKC breed standards and of sound temperament, your puppy will not be bred. The process of altering a dog is safe and beneficial; your puppy will not become fat, lazy, boring or less of a Bull Terrier, I PROMISE!
If there is a particular puppy you are interested in let me know so I can tell you which contract will come with that puppy. Most evaluations will not be made until 5 weeks of age, at that time I will determine which contract will suit you and the puppy you are interested in.
Puppy Package
Every puppy will go home with a puppy package; this is a collection of things to help you and your puppy adjust. I want your puppy to be happy in its new home and I want every new owner to be prepared for the new addition to their family.

Deposit Form
If you do send in a deposit, AFTER filling out the Questtionaire form, the deposit holds your name on the list as puppies are chosen. If you don't send in a deposit, you in essence sit at the end of a waiting list. A deposit is not mandatory, but really it’s the best way to get a puppy in the gender, color, weight range etc, that you are looking for.

The contracts may seem strict but are in place to assure my puppies will not be neglected or put in abusive situations.
Because dogs are considered property the contract assures
I will get my puppy back if the buyer can not meet the terms in the contract signed.
All paper work will be copied and given to the buyer the original will remain with the breeder.
